What makes us different?
When looking for new team members, we look for core-values fit before we ever evaluate technical acumen or experience. We are guided by these 4 values:
Humans over Geek
We’re here to make tech work, but never at the expense of the human behind the screen. We will never make clients or other teams regret any question.
Service +1
We supply best-in-class customer service PLUS that extra measure on top. We strive to give incredible head-turning service.
Technical Excellence
We stay on top of the latest technologies and never stop learning. As a result, we offer our clients outstanding technical knowledge.
Work Smart
We like to work smart, so we can spend time on the important things in life like wakeboarding, cottaging, spending time with family, homebrewing beer, and helping others in our community.
Fun
We believe that fun at home and at work is critical for health and success.
All staff work mostly from their home office. We stay connected through daily huddles and weekly staff meetings. The ideal candidate is motivated without supervision, organized, and has excellent customer service communication skills. We embrace and celebrate candidates from any ethnic heritage, however fluent English that clients can easily understand is mandatory. You must also hold a valid work permit if not a Canadian citizen. Occasional client site visits are required as needed thus an Ontario Drivers License and personal vehicle are required.
At a Cloud Partners we frequently “virtual bench” potential new staff. This means that we walk through the hiring process and offer approved candidates a spot on our virtual bench. Once we have an opening, we will reach out to you with a start date and final employment agreement. The process allows us to have new staff ready to start as soon as a current employee moves on or our growth allows us to add new headcount. It gives you the opportunity to get to know us through the process and be excited about joining our team as soon as there is a space.
If you think you have what it takes to join our team, please submit your resume with cover letter to: hr@cloudpartners.tech
